The Pantheon mark is abstract on purpose. Open, it is a page with writing. Closed, it is the letter P — our first initial, and a context document sealed shut. The same object, two states, one product.
Watch the fold. The lower edge of the sheet becomes the crossbar. Nothing is swapped in.
Construction sheet
Measured from the 32 × 32 master
Nine by fifteen pixels of ink, placed at x 11, y 9. The rest of the canvas is margin, so the mark can sit in a square icon without being cropped by a fold or a stem.
Exact reconstruction of the approved pixel artwork. Use this sheet, not a screenshot of the site header.

High-resolution mark and lockup. The JPG is for LinkedIn, press, and anywhere that will not keep a transparent PNG.
The first silhouette is a page with three lines of writing. Not a document icon — a sheet mid-thought. Context in Pantheon is writing: turns, decisions, the file that finally held. The mark starts there, before it becomes a letter.
Closed, it is a P
Fold the sheet and the writing disappears into the spine. What remains is a P — Pantheon’s first initial, drawn as a cut corner and a descending stem. The letter is not drawn on top of the paper. The paper becomes the letter.
Sealed, it is a conscience
A closed context is not lost context. The page is still there; you just cannot see the lines until you open it again. That is a space: a conversation folded shut, stored in a vault you own, ready for the next agent to unfold.
Why it looks like this
One path, no outline
The lockup is a single pixel mask — 9 × 15 of ink on a 32 × 32 canvas. No stroke, no gradient, no second colour. It has to survive a 16-pixel favicon and a two-storey watermark equally.
Abstract on purpose
It should take a second look. A literal scroll or a serif P would explain itself and then go silent. This mark keeps the fold, so the product story is in the shape, not in a caption underneath it.
Motion is the proof
The intro animation is not decoration. It is the argument: a page of writing folds, the lower edge becomes the crossbar, and the P appears without a cut. If the motion failed, the metaphor would be a caption. Because it holds, the caption can stay short.

About
Pantheon is the context continuity layer for AI work.
Change the model. Keep the thread. Conversations, files, and decisions live in a GitHub or Google Drive vault you control, so the next agent starts where the last one stopped.
