Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Pantheon's hosted context-continuity service.
Using Pantheon
By accessing Pantheon, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and must use the service in compliance with applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the hosted service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, connected agents, pairing codes, and access tokens. Keep those credentials secure, promptly revoke credentials you no longer control, and provide accurate account information.
Your content and vault
You retain ownership of conversations, files, artifacts, memories, and other content stored in your vault. You grant Pantheon only the limited permission needed to process, synchronize, display, and share that content according to your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload or share.
Storage providers and sharing
Your vault is stored through GitHub or Google Drive, whose separate terms also apply. Sharing a space gives the selected Pantheon account read-only access to that space until you revoke it. Recipients may keep copies they exported before access was revoked. See the privacy page for the access and processing boundaries.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pantheon to violate law or another person's rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, abuse pairing or sharing features, or store content you are not authorized to process. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.
Service changes and availability
Pantheon may change, suspend, or discontinue hosted features. We aim to preserve readable, user-controlled vault data, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every third-party provider or agent integration will remain available. Keep independent backups of content you cannot afford to lose.
Open-source software
Pantheon's open-source code is governed by the license distributed with that code. These terms govern use of the hosted service and do not replace the open-source license.
Termination
You may stop using Pantheon and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements. Account deletion handles your provider vault according to the option you select.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantheon is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. Pantheon is not responsible for failures of GitHub, Google Drive, AI platforms, networks, or other third-party services. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Pantheon evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
